Welcome to our 2023 Invasive Species Week Special Information hub! Similar to previous years, the PCA is continuing its support for National Invasive Species Week (15th-21st May 2023) to help draw awareness to and provide information on many non-native invasive plants which have an impact on our buildings, gardens and the environment.

Over the course of the week, we will be releasing either blogs, videos and a webinar planned for mid-week, to help share knowledge with homeowners on invasive plants which can potentially cause problems; and with professionals across the industry, some guidance, knowledge and tips on how to better identify, report on and manage these invasive plants.

Whether you are a homeowner or a construction/landscaping/property professional, you will find a ‘hub’ of information available below to help guide, inform and educate you on all things associated with invasive weeds.

Events over the course of the week

Along with what we have planned at the PCA, there are a host of events and activities online & in-person being held over the course of the week by many other organisations. You can find out more about the upcoming events taking place via the calendar page on the NNSS (Non Native Species Secretariat) website.
