About the Presenter

Ben Hickman of CSSW.LONDON is a current PCA Board Member and leading waterproofing design specialist who has recently completed a research Masters at the University of Cambridge focusing on podium deck waterproofing.

He is currently contributing to NHBC Chapter 7.1 task group and has contributed to LABC technical manual development. Having acted as an expert witness on numerous failed podium deck waterproofing projects, Ben is able to share some excellent content on how best to waterproof podium decks and errors to avoid. He is an excellent communicator and has spoken at the PCA International Structural Waterproofing conference in recent years.
