To be the leading membership organisation for specialist sectors within the built and natural environment. We deliver this for the benefit of our members, their customers and ultimate beneficiaries, through:

Ensuring high standards across our membership via regular technical audits, will drive consumer confidence in our members, and improve standards across the industry. 

Sharing best practice, guidance and knowledge helps our members to innovate, maintain and improve standards across their work. Our technical guidance, webinars and best practice, supports our members in delivering technical expertise to their customers.

Consumers need to be confident that the businesses they work with are operating professionally. We support our members to drive their businesses forward ethically, with a focus on helping them to navigate the changing external environment.
