We are looking for a dedicated Timber, Damp and Structural Waterproofing Surveyor to join our team in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Job role and responsibilities

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough surveys to assess timber, dampness and structural waterproofing issues in residential and commercial properties.  Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.  Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure effective solutions.

Skills and qualifications

• Previous experience in timber/damp surveys and designing structural waterproofing systems
• Should be CSRT and CSSW qualified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Full driving license and willingness to travel as required.
