Job description

Are you a talented surveyor with industry experience, ready to take the next step in your career? Do you have:

• A keen eye for detail
• An Understanding of buildings and their construction sequencing
• The ability to review and diagnose issues
• The skills to develop robust solutions to provide guaranteed protection?

If so, we are seeking the right individual to join our unique, dynamic, highly collaborative and supportive team.

About you | Your responsibilities

We’re looking for applicants who:

• Hold CSSW Waterproofing and CSRT/CSTDB Damp & Timber qualifications
• Have at least 2 years’ surveying experience
• Possess a deep understanding of buildings, construction sequencing, and defect identification
• Can articulate findings clearly and produce detailed reports/specifications
• Are self-motivated, professional, and enthusiastic about their work
• Communicate confidently with both homeowners and site managers, tailoring their approach to each project
• Collaborate seamlessly with our in house operations team and site operatives from outset to completion
• Take pride in building and maintaining excellent working relationships within a team
• Hold a full, UK driving license.
