Job role and responsibilities

We are looking for a full time Timber and Damp Surveyor to cover the West Midlands area who is able to work both as part of a team and independently.

Ideally, we want someone who has experience in surveying of residential, commercial, public and heritage buildings and the experience and knowledge to be able to identify the problems together with the most effective and efficient solutions.

Skills and qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
• First class communication skills and full recognition of the importance of our customers and the need for outstanding service
• Be able to work as part of a team and independently
• CSTDB, CSRT & CSSW qualifications or working towards these qualifications
• A valid, full clean driving license.
