Spring has sprung, but dampness remains headline news
It certainly feels as though Spring has sprung, and yet not a week goes by without damp, condensation and mould still making headlines. The spotlight on dampness and the impact this is having on people and their homes continues as we outline in this latest blog.

Why ventilation matters
When it comes to dampness, it is clear that the expectation on what is acceptable is changing. The dependency on good ventilation looks set to increase, but the reality is ventilation is too often done badly. There seems to be some reluctance to embrace ventilation as a mainstream part of the preservation industry.
PCA's Head of Technical James Berry will discuss this in more detail at next week's Residential Ventilation Group meeting, but for now, you can read James' short blog via the button below.
