The Members Area - it’s there for you!
About 7 weeks ago, we announced the launch of your updated Members Area on the website. This area of the website has long been an important one, where members can access the information exclusive to them; to take advantage of the resources available to help promote you and your business. Many of our members have taken the opportunity to login and explore the members area and its many features.
But for those members and their employees who have yet to fully explore this area…what are these new features and why will it benefit you?

Benefits to you
This exclusive space has been designed to give you, our members (and associated employees), access to member only content, resources, and tools.
Whether this is through easy gateways to QANW or your Business Shield resource, to resource/meeting libraries, model guarantees, or to control the advertising and data we hold about you…this is the place where you can access it.
What you can do
For all member employees who login to the members area, you will have instant access to a variety of useful tools and content. My advice is to login and explore it.
What’s more, for those individuals who are considered ‘main contacts’ for the member company (principally company owners and senior members of staff), you now have access to tools beyond the regular logged-in user. This includes:
- The ability to edit your company information and details on the local member search
- For those with enhanced listings, the ability to edit content, links, logo
- Ability to manage the postcodes your appear in
- Option to see & edit the information your Association holds about you
- Ability to control users access + option to add and submit new employee details
- Simple way of submitting your vacancies for display on your PCA website
How you can gain access
So…when you take the opportunity to explore your members' area, how do you gain access?
Well, to start, simply go to the ‘login in page' via the button below or at the top of your main PCA website. For those who already know their username and password, it is just a case of ‘signing in’.

But I don’t know my username or password…
For those who know their main username/email, but don’t know their password, there is a link to ‘reset your password’ within the ‘login’ screen. Click this link and follow the instructions and look out for the password reset email within your inbox (remember to check your spam folder).
However, if you simply have ‘no clue’ what your username and password might be and you're struggling to gain access, just contact your PCA team!
It’s there for you…why not explore it!
The development of the members area on the new website may have been a bit bumpy, but this is something your Association feels really strongly about. It has always been a tool with huge benefits for our members - this newly updated area is open for business and there to help support you.
In the meantime however, I would encourage all our members to ‘give it a try’. There will be many improvements to follow.and as always, we are open to your feedback on how we can continue to improve it.
