The HMO Network - Renters (Reform) Bill
Last week Deputy CEO James Berry attended The National HMO Network conference, bringing together people from many disciplines including local authority HMO licensing and enforcement officers, landlords, tenants' groups, academic institutions and government officials.
This event was a good opportunity to spread awareness of PCA members to conscientious landlords and it also provided an interesting insight into the issues the HMO Network are currently facing. Invasive Weed Conference - 1 WEEK TO GO!!
The final preparations are underway for next week's conference, including printing of the updated Code of Practice for the Management of Japanese knotweed! As this will be launched at the conference, for those attending, you will be amongst the first to receive a copy!
