New Guidance Note - Party Wall Act
The Guidance Note on the Party Wall Act has been revised. Whilst there have been no amendments to the Act requiring any changes, this was one of the longest standing documents and therefore, has been updated to be more applicable to all the sectors of the Association. Furthermore, we have provided a greater level of detail which we feel will be of more value to members.
We would like to thank Mark Duckworth and Ed Ruffles for their support and contribution to this document.
Everyone can now access this guidance note from the technical document library, or by clicking on the button below.

Thank you to all who joined the webinar yesterday, as your Technical Manager Daniel went back to basics on Japanese knotweed.
We had a great audience, which included many non-members and international attendees. There was also plenty of engagement with an abundance of questions.
If you missed it, the replay is now available via the button below. Remember to share this on demand video replay with colleagues and clients.

Our next webinar in March - Hidden dampness
Our next webinar focuses on detecting damp problems and follows a similar vein to the 'back to basics' ones. Ideal for the less experienced surveyor, property professional or student, what are these hidden signs and how can you recognise them?
Join us and PCA Trainer Neil Marsden on 30th March (9-10am) as we take a look at hidden dampness, sharing tips and guidance to help prevent the unsuspecting surveyor from being ‘caught out’!
