The Property Care Association (PCA) is a trade association governed by a Board of Directors, made up from our membership. There are between five and 12 members of the Board, including a Chair, who are elected by our members.
The Board is supported by sector groups from the preservation, structural waterproofing, residential ventilation and invasive weed sectors. These groups provide input on the challenges faced by our members, share best practice and input to our future strategy.
Our Board delegates the day-to-day running of the association to our executive team.
