Ministry of Housing’s Research Summary
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has carried out research into resistance to moisture in buildings. There were two key aspects to the project:
- To verify the robustness of the guidance presented in Approved Document C (AD C) for new buildings in the light of changes to Part L and to identify gaps in the current guidance
- To develop a set of relevant guidance for situations where insulation is retrofitted to existing buildings

We will be sending out the annual Turnover Declaration Forms to our Contractor and Manufacturer members in the next couple of weeks.
During October we will post out subscription invoices for 2020 and the information provided from your completed Turnover Declaration Forms, helps us determine subscription levels and helps us when setting the budgets for next year.
