NNSS Website Updates
The Non-Native Species Secretariat (NNSS) provides a centre of expertise for the UK and devolved Governments on all things ‘invasive’. Their website has been re-launched and we encourage all our invasive weed control group members to (re)visit. An additional special incentive is that they now provide on-line training modules on a range of subjects, primarily aimed at the technician-trainee/surveyor level and are relatively short but the most useful thing to know is that they are free! For those looking to achieve their CPD ‘points’, this is an easy win and a good primer before booking on to the PCA’s surveyor-level courses. You can find out more by clicking on the button below.
