Our best ever Property Care Conference!

It was fantastic to welcome many of you to our Property Care Conference last week and after a 3-year wait, it didn't disappoint. In fact, not only did we have the best programme ever, we also had the biggest audience and record numbers of non-members attend for this sector event too!

So what were the highlights? PCA's Technical Manager James Berry sums up the conference which you can read via the button below.

Maple R&D Technology

It was great to see many of you at the conference last week and hopefully, you managed to visit the Maple R&D stand. For those that didn’t get the opportunity, and indeed for those who were unable to join us on the day, you can still start the condensation season with the support of the 'Condensation & Mould Diagnostic System'!

We know that the energy crisis will have a direct impact on the number of homes and buildings experiencing problems with mould, dampness, and condensation this winter. This technology will complement your building surveys, providing you with an impartial and accurate diagnostic report. And what's more, it is proving to be highly significant in disrepair claims and dispute resolution.

This technology is ready and available for hire or to buy. Contact Paula at [email protected] / [email protected] or find out more via the button below.

PCA represents members at events next week

The PCA has been invited to attend the Residential Property Surveyors Association Open Day and present at the Independent Surveyors & Valuers Association's (ISVA) Conference & AGM. This is the first time we have presented at an ISVA event and we look forward to engaging with this organisation and their members.

Events such as this are not only an opportunity to discuss the Joint Position Statement, but also to represent our members and promote the high standards of professionalism and expertise that we strive to uphold.

Thank you for joining the Webinar

Thank you to all who joined our LIVE webinar yesterday. As suspected, we had a great attendance and there was much to discuss on the joint statement 'Investigation of moisture and its effects on traditional buildings’.

For those who missed it, the recording will be available in the next day or so along with details of our next live broadcast in October...

2022 Invasive Weed Conference

**8 WEEKS TO GO** until our '2022 International Invasive Weed Conference'. We have an exciting line up of speakers and the programme is shaping up well. Key topics include:

  • The future use of Glyphosate and what are the tried & tested options without it?
  • On-site risk assessment and what's happened since the Select Committee Inquiry
  • Revegetation following invasive weed control
  • and much more...
