Is glyphosate the best solution for amenity weed control?
Many of our PCA invasive weed members will have seen the final report from Cardiff City council which was published last week, concluding that glyphosate is "the most effective and sustainable weed control method currently available". The results of the study haven't thrown up any surprises and it is pleasing to read that for PCA members, current approaches to invasive weed control have been corroborated and should continue. But why were the trials conducted and how important is this report for invasive weed control?

This presentation focuses on the research trials conducted by Complete Weed Control, which formed part of Cardiff City Council's recent report mentioned above.
