Hodgson View: EA stalls overdue PFR framework bids
An article in the Guardian recently featured news of the Environment Agency's decision to withdraw its framework packages for property flood resilience (PFR). Many of you may recall how we have continuously highlighted concern on this issue, forcing many to leave the sector altogether and which PCA's CEO Steve Hodgson, questions and discusses in his latest 'Hodgson View'.
