Time for effective ventilation in all buildings
Many of you reading this will be aware of the multiple news articles that are being published on a daily basis highlighting extremely poor living conditions as a result of damp and mould. Whilst the PCA and many of our members understand that the photographs in these articles are not uncommon, have we reached the point where more people realise this isn’t acceptable? And is it time for greater accountability and effective ventilation in all buildings?
