Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Members’ Meeting
The Property Care Association (PCA) will host its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGMs) online on Thursday 7 November. It will be immediately followed by the members’ meeting. All members of the PCA are welcome to attend the meetings which will take place from 10:00 – 10:30am (EGM) and 10:30am – 12:00pm (Members’ Meeting).
Multiple representatives from the same company are welcome to attend the AGMs, however in line with our Articles of Association, only one representative per member will be entitled to vote. Before attending the meeting or submitting a proxy form, please agree within your organisation who will be voting on your behalf. If we receive multiple proxy forms or votes from the same organisation, we will accept the voting form of the most senior staff member within the organisation.
If no one from your organisation will be able to attend the meeting, please submit your proxy vote no later than Monday 28 October at 5:00pm.
