PCA Member Job - Surveyor 

Role & responsibilities

We’re looking for applicants who:

• Are CSSW / CSRT / CSTDB qualified
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ surveying experience
• Understand buildings, construction sequencing and can identify defects
• Can articulate findings and produce comprehensive reports / specifications
• Are self-motivated, professional and enthusiastic
• Can liaise confidently with homeowners and site managers alike depending on the needs of the project
• Can assist our project managers seamlessly, from survey through to completion
• Strive to maintain excellent working relationships and enjoy being part of a team
• Hold a full, clean UK Driving Licence
